On September 17th, Isle of Man Chapter Chair, Brendon Kenny and Liverpool charity, AF&V Launchpad are taking part in the Rock2Rock Cycle Ride as part of a team of people cycling over 800 miles in 12 days - setting off from Rock in Cornwall to the Rock of Gibraltar to raise awareness and vital funds for veterans' charity Launchpad. There was a great buzz in the room at the Comis Hotel & Golf Resort for the BITA IoM Networking Lunch. Guests included local businesses as well as BITA members visiting from Liverpool, London, Manchester, Surrey, and the Global Forum Chapters and local government Tim Crookall, Timothy Johnston, joined the event which also showcased the charity Speed of Sight with a fantastic address from the fastest blind man on the planet - Mike Newman!
