Menopause expert helping women feel amazing & empowered through the menopause transition.

I’m a nutritional therapist but my work also involves stress management, sleep, movement, mindset & confidence. 

I support women via 1-2-1 private client coaching & online group courses.My work also involves supporting corporate & public bodies on staff wellbeing, menopause awareness & policies & procedures around menopause in the workplace. 

Materials include general awareness training for all employees; training for women experiencing menopause to help manage symptoms; line manager training; Exco consultancy. Training available in-person & via the LLN Learning environment. 

In addition, I run public events under the banner of Menofest©, bringing teams of menopause experts together to provide holistic solutions to women in menopause.
