Krol Corlett are thrilled to share the news of Daniel Tebay as Krol Corlett’s new Managing Director. Daniel's progression throughout his career, starting at Krol Corlett as an apprentice and culminating in his current appointment as MD, proves the ethos of their business and the opportunities for success that arise for those committed to the work.
Several years ago, their founders, Simon Krol and Dave Corlett , took Daniel from site as a working joiner, bringing him into the office as the firm’s first apprentice Quantity Surveyor.
Daniel then went on to work with tier-one contractor as a Quantity Surveyor, before re-joining the business as Commercial Director. Since then, Daniel has worked with Krol Corlett to grow the business organically, with new work streams development and larger projects delivered.
Daniel Tebay comments;
“I am thrilled to embark on this exciting journey as Managing Director of Krol Corlett. With a brilliant team and a robust structure in place, we’re poised to achieve remarkable milestones together.”
Along with the recent appointment of Neil Hoey and Neil Hudson as construction and commercial directors, this move further strengthens the management team beyond its longstanding directors.
Simon Krol and Dave Corlett remain very much involved – taking on new challenges within the Krol Corlett Group of companies, while continuing to support the new directors.
Simon Krol, says: “There is no one else on this planet I would feel comfortable appointing to the role of Managing Director other than Dan Tebay and I wholeheartedly congratulate him. This news should be a sign to all young apprentices out there, that with the right training, application, and commitment, there is a route through to the top.”
David Corlett added: “I have absolutely no doubt that Dan will successfully lead the business into the future whilst maintaining our traditional business values, it has been a great experience working with Dan. Watching him develop professionally and personally over the years has been fantastic, I look forward to supporting him as we move forward”
