Hey there! I’m Elisha, and it’s such a pleasure to meet you all! I’m really looking forward to seeing more of you at our upcoming events. I’ve been in Dubai for almost four months now, and I’m absolutely loving it so far.
I moved here to explore new opportunities (and, of course, to escape the UK weather!) and have been lucky enough to meet some amazing people so far, especially my fellow Board members. They’ve made this big move feel a lot less intimidating, and I’m excited for what we can accomplish together to help others network and connect with the right people here.
By day, I keep our BITA chairman and the Reacton Dubai team organised, and I’m excited to also help keep the Dubai chapter running smoothly! Before moving here, I spent three years in the UK working with an organisation focused on building high-performing and ethical workplace cultures, and I’m really passionate about bringing that mindset to the UAE.
