We are thrilled to see representation of neurodiversity in the construction industry, with the amazing and passionate Surrey Chair, Shane Manogue being announced as the Diversity in Construction Ambassador for 2023's London Build Expo!
Shane Manogue is also BITA's Neurodiversity Champion, and he will be working with the main team in head office to develop a strategy to help promote friendly and welcoming workplaces that are more inclusive for all. As this is going to take up a lot of his time, he is now stepping down as Chair of the Surrey Chapter, and we sincerely thank him for all his hard work setting it up, and launching this vibrant space.
