Paddle & Cocks LLP is an agile, dynamic start-up commercial law firm set up in April 2018 by Verona Cocks and Penny Paddle who have extensive experience acting for businesses, and who wanted to create a streamlined, sustainable, paperless law firm, with the wellbeing of its people and the wellbeing of its clients’ businesses at its heart.

We operate through senior consultant solicitors throughout the country, using the latest technology to provide our clients with a seamless, cost-effective and accommodating service. Our head office is based in Cornwall, but we operate nationally.

We are proud finalists of the Women & Diversity in Law Awards 2023 for Most Responsible Business which seeks to recognise diverse, sustainable and purposeful legal business, and are currently completing the application process to obtain B Corp certification.
