I have over 25 years plus experience in roles that include international marketing, senior management, performance management, coaching, and general management.

I founded my coaching practice – MotivAction (located in Little Island and online at www.motivaction.ie in 2004). As an EMCC Accredited Practitioner Coach and a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching (affiliated to Harvard McLean Hospital), I combine my blend of leadership and career experience with a client-centric coaching process to help you to be your best for yourself, your team, and your organisation. My mission is simple: ‘To inspire and give you the courage to maximise your personal and professional potential so you become the most empowered and successful version of you.’

I work across multiple sectors and industries face to face and virtually. My client portfolio is diverse and includes start-ups to multinationals, semi-state and private organisations, and everything in between. The common denominator is working with the person or the team - enabling my clients to fulfil their potential.
