E-Sign (UK) Ltd is an advanced electronic signature and a secure document solution, providing an advanced electronic signature that is unique to the individual and to the document on which it is embedded. Integrating ‘QR’ technology into the signature enabling verification of signature and document either by a click of a button or scanning of the QR code giving compliance audit instant access. Since commencement of trading in 2013 E-Sign has been appointed a UK Crown Commercial Supplier and are a registered digital strategies specialist for the UK government. Organisations across many sectors including central and local government departments, education, accounting, legal, recruitment, energy, housing, software and IT use E-Sign to reduce document turn around time and accelerate document completion rates. Whilst improving processes we dramatically reduce the volume of paper used within organisations saving money and the planet by reducing the carbon footprint of paper based processes. With that we are proud project partners of the UNESCO Biosphere Isle of Man. E-Sign is ISO27001: 2013 certified and ICO registered data controllers and we are approved government providers and digital specialists within the G-Cloud framework and a member of the OIX an identity trust global centre of excellence. Collectively providing our users a fully compliant solution that adheres to local data sovereignty legislation, including GDPR with data stored securely within E-Sign’s own servers in the UK.
