Why me?

My experience in strategic planning, marketing & brand development, HR, training & development and operations for major UK and International retailers including the Burton Group and Debenhams, along with a family background in yacht building and construction, means that I am well placed to develop and assist in the implementation of your growth plan.

A key element in any growth plan are the changes required to ensure its success. My 20 years’ experience as a change management consultant has provided me with the skills required to bring the most diverse types of people together to accomplish positive, transformational change.

Mine is not a sticky plaster approach, a robust strategy takes time to create and implement.  I make it my business to get under the skin of your organisation to ensure any changes are fully implemented for the good of the business and achievement of your goals, this won’t happen overnight, so I ensure I have the time available to support you for as long as you need me to.  

My philosophy is that the client must be able to continue and build upon the success when I leave, so training and coaching of personnel is a key element in my approach.

Essentially, my time with your company will not only end with you having a strong foundation on which to build future growth, but those growth plans will be implemented with leaner and more effective processes, correctly trained and skilled staff capable of fulfilling business needs, buy-in from staff and management and a culture designed to create and perpetuate success.  All of which will culminate in increased success for your business.
