Established in 1985, we are a full service, specialist design and build M&E contractor, providing an effective and efficient service in everything we do. We are committed to innovation and take pride in our delivery of a full range of M&E services that are on time, in spec and within budget.

The construction industry often struggles with negative press around its environmental obligations. We aim to make a positive difference, including how we source, plan and use materials, whilst minimising waste.

Both in-house and on-site, we manage resources to conserve energy and water, promote reuse and recycling, and protect natural resources through minimising waste and reclaiming reusable materials. We install energy efficient products and purchase goods and services with the environment in mind, looking for renewable solutions where practicable.

An accredited member of the Safe Contractor scheme, our health & safety policy is supported by stringent guidelines, on-going training and regular on-site inspections, a major contribution to our excellent health and safety record.

Quality control is crucial and we maintain an in-house quality control department. Our quality management system, which incorporates strategies for continual improvement, has been QMS accredited to the global benchmark standard ISO 9001.

Naturally, appropriate certifications ensure that our technicians, electricians and mechanical engineers deliver outstanding quality whilst remaining highly price-competitive. Mimram are also ISO 14001 & 45001 accredited.
