Way-Better Payroll was created to give more back to the hard-working people of the construction industry. The founders are two brothers, Alex Gotts is head of business development, sales, marketing, and customer relations with a background in NVQ, Training and Recruitment. The other brother Tommy Mountford is a chartered account with over 20+ years of experience. We love to build strong long-term relationships with good businesses, we take time to learn about what is essential to the business, and how they operate and then deliver a bespoke package that meets their needs.We are down-to-earth and supportive, we want to help businesses thrive and grow.
