We work with many of your peers, supporting them with their contractual risk management, improvement in their insurance programmes and achieving savings in their premiums. I would love to talk you through some of our experience and provide some insight on how we could assist Toureen with their insurance risk and premium costs, as well as giving you some testimonials and advise on some recent success stories. For instance, one of the areas we are particularly proud of is our Professional Indemnity offering and the savings we have made for our longstanding clients and recent (new win) clients. Our results show that we have achieved on average 12% reductions on the last quarter and 20% the preceding quarter, without compromising coverage. 
 
In short, Gallagher have a huge contractor client base (UK, Ireland and Globally) for which we place major global programmes, including various one off project specific policies for major contracts and industrial projects worth +100s of millions. We have a strong understanding of the risks involved and have strong relationships within the markets to exceed the expectations of our clients.

For background, Gallagher are the third largest broker globally and have one of the largest construction teams in the UK & Ireland. As such, we have significant market leverage for the benefit of our clients and we use our multinational expertise to help clients navigate new and existing territories as they continue to grow and excel in their specialist fields. 
 
In addition, we have an extremely experienced Surety team. As you know, the market has been hit from a number of large contractors going into administration (Buckingham and Henry) and we would like the opportunity to discuss some of the solutions you can access to counter the eventual rate increases (expected increase by 20-40%).
