​We work with a local architect who is also a qualified and certified structural engineer to make the whole process run smoothly with just one point of contact.  We can provide a service which will begin at the very first stage of brainstorming ideas, and discussing what you would like to get from your project.  Your ideas are then put into drawings, which can be altered until you are happy with the final plans.  We will then guide you through the Building Regulations process with the Local Authorities, a service which is on going right until completion of the work and the relevant authorities have inspected and signed for work undertaken.
