Carbon Neutral Homes is an innovative residential developer focussed on the delivery of net-zero carbon homes and tackling fuel poverty with our solution for a net-zero energy bill home.  We achieve this by pioneering the use of community micogrid systems on-site together with a combination of renewable technologies so that our developments are not reliant on the National Grid, but utilise the on-site generated renewable energy as primary energy source. 

This, working in synergy with our unique use of modern methods of construction allows us to deliver 'intelligent developments' that promote health, well being and our ethos of carbon neutral living.

We also look beyond the performance and energy strategies of our sites and by using specific materials and our valued supply chain we are reducing our embodied carbon by 70% over traditional building methods.  Maximising off-site construction plays a key role in reducing our impact on the environment and the communities we work in.
