NextGen Construction Conference

We are excited to promote this event hosted by Chronicmedia and long-time member, Andrew Curtin, which is raising funds for another BITA member - Construction Sport! This conference aims to educate the construction industry about how to attract, retain & incentivise the next generation. We all know 16 year old’s aren’t naturally enticed to join the industry, so we must change.

We have selected speakers that have a genuine interest in this subject. People who are keen for change against industry norms.

Who's speaking?

Charitable Partner: Construction Sport

Construction Sport is a registered charity committed to improving the serious issue of poor mental health within the construction sector. They do this by using the power of sport.

It was founded by experienced construction operatives who understand the demands in this tough industry. The long hours, working away from home and physical fatigue all take their toll, not only on the operatives work life but also on their family life too.

Construction Sport believes that through collaboration and the power of sport we can drive positive change in this industry.
