Sports Lunch in Support of Jim Moore and his family

(NOTE: THIS PLATFORM BELONGS TO BITA AN ORGANISATION THAT IS VAT REGISTERED - AS THIS EVENT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BITA AND IS PURELY ORGANISED AS A FUNDRAISER FOR JIM BY VOLUNTEERS, VAT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE PAID.  THE FINAL AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TICKET PRICE BUT WILL LOOK LIKE VAT IS CHARGED. PLEASE IGNORE THIS ALL MONIES WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE FUND - UNFORTUNATELY, THAT IS THE WAY THE SOFTWARE IS SET UP AND CAN'T BE CHANGED - IN ADDITION, THERE IS ONLY ONE TICKET PRICE AND NO DISCOUNT FOR MEMBERS)

Jim Moore who hails from Mullingar, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.  Jim came to London and founded Scanmore Construction in 1995. The firm became a major force in the construction industry in London and the South East working on many prestigious projects including the Goldman Sacs headquarters in Fleet Street.

Married to Carole they have four sons, Johnathan, James, Daniel and Joseph.

Jim and Carole moved back to Mullingar and unfortunately. in August 2022 Jim was diagnosed with brain cancer.

The purpose of our fundraising is to support Jim and Carole in these most challenging times.
