Welcome to this short introduction to my blueprint to prevent stress from hijacking your life, relationships and health. Ever wondered how to achieve:

This workshop, based on "Being your best at all times" brings cutting edge information about your brain, the workings of the mind, why you feel as you do and how to bring change.

This workshop covers:

  • Stress and how it increases when our demands exceed our resources revealing itself as depression, anxiety, anger, worry, insomnia, aches and pains
  • 90 minutes of educational information and stress prevention exercises
  • A better understanding of the correlation between stress, sleep, health and performance.
  • How to recognise the difference between challenge stress and threat stress, and how to handle both.
  • Heart Math ® simple, rapid self-regulation techniques to improve wellbeing, mental health, relationships, feelings of contentment, happiness and fulfilment.

Every attendee receives a free copy of the Sleep Improver – an access-anywhere recording plus the 8 step blueprint to prevent stress-buildup.
