Her expertise is rooted around leading a team of HR professionals to create a modern, up to date, transparent working environment and provide a purpose fitting HR service to clients. She has specialised in areas of merger and acquisition, business restructures and reorganisations, spearheading positive new business initiatives alongside transformation and change programmes including integration of various businesses and teams. Maria and her team of associates have a fantastic track record for delivering great results, acting as anything from a fully outsourced Finance and Human Resources Department to delivering complex projects, change management and growth strategy for larger corporates.
