Ricky Lauder is a Director of Steel Structures (NI) Ltd with 16 years’ experience in a variety of industries including construction, offshore oil, offshore renewable energy, marine and manufacturing.
Graduating in 2008 from the University of Ulster with a BSc (Hons) in construction engineering, Ricky began working as a site engineer on several projects in Northern Ireland and Scotland before becoming involved in estimating, sales and business development within the steel manufacturing industry.
Whilst progressing through several levels of commercial management Ricky obtained a MSc in Renewable Energy Management in 2016 before joining Steel Structures (NI) Ltd as Business Development Manager. After a period of sustained growth Ricky was appointed as Director of the company in 2020.
Outside of work Ricky enjoys a wide range of sports and is no stranger to a social event.
