Join us on Friday 4th March from 12noon for our joint networking lunch, with the board and members of the BITA Manchester and Leeds Chapters. Meet with business leaders and decision makers from across the UK and Ireland as we enjoy a wonderful three-course meal with wine.
We are excited to hear from our sponsors, Business Connect Magazine, PIB Risk Management, and MyNetHub on the day. We are honoured to have with us a very special guest speaker for this event, Figen Murray. We are sure that all of our guests will be interested in hearing her on the day.
Figen Murray OBE was presented with the Outstanding Contribution Award at the 2020 Counter Terror Awards for her efforts in stopping terrorism and now commits her time to talk to young people in schools, colleges and universities educating them about the dangers of radicalisation and is also the force behind Martyn's Law, a legislation requiring entertainment venues to improve security against the threat of terrorism, and one that requires that all venues in Manchester have a counter-terrorism plan.
Her petition to make Martyn's Law mandatory has received over 23,000 signatures and is now on its way to becoming a reality.
This event is open to members and non members of BITA, however spaces are limited. Tickets are available to book online with prices at £65 + VAT for members and £80 + VAT for non-members. Or please email [email protected] who will be happy to book you a space.
Dress code is smart/formal - no jeans or T-Shirts please!
The Manchester Marriott V&A have been kind enough to provide BITA members with a corporate rate for stays, at a 20% off discount.
