Transport for London for London (TfL) have adopted the Healthy Streets Approach to improve air quality, reduce congestion and help make London’s diverse communities greener, healthier and more attractive places to live, work, play and do business. As part of the London transport strategy 2018, the Mayor of London aims is to reduce 10% of vans and HGVs from entering the city. Cargo bikes are one method that can help meet this target. ‘You can’t carry steel and concrete on a bike mate!’
