Being born at such an early age meant that it was almost a year before I found my feet. But once I overcame that challenge, it seemed that there was no stopping me – from bungee jumping to sky-diving, running marathons to tough mudder, flying a plane to shark cage diving and even acquiring a degree in Russian along the way - pushing myself to the limits seems to have been a recurring theme throughout my life. As quite an entrepreneurial child who loves a challenge, it was inevitable that I would set up my own business one day. This was achieved in 2012 when Pearson Consultancy was born and, like me, it didn’t take too long to find its feet. Since then, the multi-faceted world of Human Resources has provided me with numerous challenges, fuelling my desire for pushing the limits.
