My name is Natalie Whitcombe and I am the founder and owner of Whitcombe HR.
I started my own HR consultancy over 5 years ago as I noticed a gap in the market for small businesses that needed a more flexible and innovative approach to HR.
Human Resources is all about people and therefore the day-to-day operation of what I do is to make sure that my services are as bespoke and effective as possible, and I love that no two days are the same.
I have built my client list up over the last 5 years and have an individual relationship with each of my customers. From ensuring my clients are compliant with the law, to training managers or implementing appraisals I strive to make Whitcombe HR the best it can be for all the businesses I work with.
I live in Kent with my husband Darron and my two daughters Isabelle and Esme and in my spare time I love to walk my dog Bailey and spend time with friends and family.
I am so excited to be a part of the BITA Kent chapter and can’t wait to get to know everyone in the community.
