After moving to the UK in 2010 I decided to pursue a career in Finance and worked for RBS from 2010 to 2018, having discovered my strengths were developing strategies and analysing situations from various angles. Whilst with RBS I was headhunted for a role in the Service Optimisation Division.
I joined the Service Optimisation division in 2013 whose core focus was Continuous improvement, streamlining and designing end to end processes to deliver a customer centric culture for RBS's clients and managing the internal divisions within the RBS Group. This role required travel to Amsterdam, Edinburgh & farther afield.
In 2018 I was approached by my sister to join forces with her to support with the contractual and administrative side of various London Projects she was working on at the time
Having grown weary of working within the confines of a large corporate culture, I welcomed the opportunity to work for myself and to help build a family business as well as an ethical and sustainable brand .
I have enjoyed adapting my knowledge of business processes & systems strategy into the construction and architectural fields. Working closely with our clients to deliver bespoke successful residential and commercial architecture.
