Fiona is consultant and lecturer with expertise in project management, change management, knowledge management, leadership, strategy, design-thinking and enterprise innovation. She has a strong record of accomplishment in building lasting, positive client and key stakeholder relationships in both multi-national organisations and SMEs in Ireland, Italy and Spain. Fiona is currently leading the roll-out of a global Leadership Programme for Allianz Partners on behalf of PDI Consultants.
Her expertise in innovation is also leveraged as SME expert for the European Commission in EIC Accelerator grant applications and as a speaker and facilitator in Local Enterprise Offices in Ireland.
Fiona has shared her expertise as lecturer with post-graduate students and professionals in leading Irish third-level institutions including Trinity College Dublin, University of Limerick and the UCD Professional Academy. Fiona also consults for both public and private organisations with her own consultancy business.
