Conor is CEO of Sefton Hospitality Group which he founded in 2007. He operates a diverse range of businesses which includes significant investments in hospitality, real estate development, and the care sector.In addition to this he sits on a number of boards in a voluntary capacity including BITA Hospitality of which he is Co-Chair, The John Haynes Foundation of which he is Chair and UK Hospitality’s Northern Committee of which he is a member.
Conor has had a lifelong commitment to growth, development, networking and creating meaningful connections with other individuals and businesses, ensuring that everyone succeeds. He is a qualified coach and is deeply committed to continual personal development and helping others become the best version of themselves. Along with Marian with whom he Co-Chairs BITA Hospitality and the entire hospitality board, he is dedicated to driving the Hospitality Division forward and making it the go-to place for both hospitality professionals and wider industry suppliers to network, develop, share knowledge and establish meaningful and successful business relationships.
Outside of work he enjoys spending time with family and friends, looking after his 3 dogs and 2 cats (Conor is a big animal lover) along with travelling and experiencing new destinations and cultures whenever his hectic diary allows him to steal a few days away from the office.
