I work with businesses to help them understand and improve their results and maximise the value of their business. I particularly enjoy supporting owners through periods of growth and expansion. The businesses i work with range from start ups to more established ones looking to expand or simply improve their profitability. I have a passion for working with businesses that are experiencing financial difficulties and help them to restructure and return their businesses to profitability.
My background is as CFO of Global MNC's in Europe, USA and Latin America, as well as SME's and family owned businesses. My experience spans Construction, manufacturing, retail, pharmacy, health and beauty, equipment rental and aircraft maintenance. Over the years I have worked with numerous distressed businesses and helped them to survive the crises they were facing and develop and implement restructuring plans.
I act as Non Executive Director for a manufacturing/distribution business and a State funded not for profit organisation.
