Enter Kerri: a fellow expat who had been there, done that, and got the stamped certificate. Kerri shared the process, and the two quickly realised they had a lot in common—they worked in the same industry, shared the same values, and even had the same age and birthday! Their friendship blossomed, and Kerri introduced Katie to BITA.
