Bailey is the Head of Sales and Events at Rise Hospitality, managing corporate partnerships and event sales for an exciting portfolio of venues, including BrewDog and Swingers, the crazy golf club opening soon on Bluewaters Island. Passionate about creating memorable experiences, Bailey is always ready to assist BITA members in organising impactful corporate events.
Relocating to Dubai in early 2024, Bailey was drawn by the city’s vibrant hospitality scene and opportunities to grow her career in the MENA region. She quickly immersed herself in the business community, focusing on building connections and driving growth for Rise venues.
Previously a venue host for BITA in London, Bailey organised successful networking events at Swingers’ London locations. Joining the Dubai board was a natural next step to support members, expand her network, and showcase her venues.
Fun fact? Bailey used to be a wedding singer—cocktails and karaoke are the way to her heart!
