Tom is a business development manager for Bibby Financial Services specialising in provide working capital solutions to SME’s across the midlands area.
Tom has been doing this role for 7 years assisting lots of different sectors on their growth journeys as well as releasing cash for business which are under a bit of pressure.
Bibby Financial Services are an invoice finance specialist releasing capital against unpaid invoices generating an initial lump sum into the business as well as ongoing capital upon raising of future invoicing.
The SME’s that Tom helps could be new start or long established businesses.
On a personal side, Tom loves spending time with his 2 daughters and is an advocate for local charities to raise monies for underprivileged children in and around the Birmingham area.
He is delighted with the opportunity to be part of BITA's Birmingham’s chapter and looking forward to meeting new faces.
