Prospero Group has over 20 years’ experience as a specialist offshore integrated hard and soft services FM Company, operating specifically in the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and Gibraltar through our own in-house direct resources. We have a proven track record in these jurisdictions of being able to address complex facilities management and maintenance requirements with our accredited work practices, procedures, policies and cultures.

The Group’s service offering is diverse. Some customers engage Prospero to maintain a single air conditioning unit or UPS system and others are offered the full FM service across all of their properties in the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.

Prospero’s mechanical and electrical services capability is second to none and they are widely regarded as market leaders in this regard.

The Group has circa 113 active clients and has an exceptional client retention rate of 97%.
 
Prospero has significant coverage over the Isle of Man and Channel Islands with 50% of the turnover derived from the Isle of Man and the remainder split between Jersey (35%) and Guernsey (15%). Prospero enjoys long standing relationships with much of its blue chip client base, having retained numerous clients for over 5 years.
