1) Embedded Capital Allowances tax relief for commercial property owners
2) Remediation of Contaminated Land tax relief, for the land owners, who incur the costs of remediating it.
3) Energy Tax relief, for manufacturing companies in certain sectors, such as cement, wood, plastics and many others who spend over £100,000 on gas and electricty per annum
4) Patent Box tax relief for companies with a Patented product/ process, as they will only pay an effective Corporation tax rate of 10% instead of 19%-25% for the duration of the Patent, which is typically 20 years
5) R&D tax relief and / or HMRC R&D Enquiry resolution services: as the UK's main specilaist in these areas, we will advise if a claim is appropriate and /or advise on claims submited, which have been rejected
6) Various VAT Compliance and Recovery services: for companies trading internationally.
