Crate Design and Manufacturing
We prototype and test crate designs in-house to ensure safe, secure and effective crating solutions that are transportation ready. We use Finite Element Analysis to verify innovations within our packaging design, ensuring that new solutions to complex problems are safe and ready to use. Through analysis of stress, strain and deformation our bespoke crates are tested to ensure safe handling for loading and unloading of sensitive machinery. We custom design and construct crates specifically tailored to the technical requirements of our customer's valuable and sensitive equipment. Consideration is given to the entire handling operation to ensure a safe and efficient design, ensuring no movement of the equipment during transit and that it can withstand the shock absorption of its journey.
