I offer a full service including tenant find, property sourcing, maintenance and repair, inventory check in and check out, tenant referencing, rent collection, arrears collection, property inspections and landlord compliance requirements.

I will also be covering all aspects of sales from market valuing (non RICS) to marketing, sales negotiation, surveyor visits, proof of funds, sales progression, exchange and completion.
