Brendan Carbery is the Founder and Managing Director of Shield Contract Services, offering expert advice and support to Developers, Contractors and Suppliers across the GCC, UK and Ireland. Brendan retains 30+ years in the construction industry working as a commercial and contractual lead for developers, main contractors and turnkey fit-out contractors, the last 16 of which being in the UAE.

Shields offering has evolved to working Client side, often as Employer Representative, utilising their supply chain for Project delivery, working collectively within framework agreements, providing ideal solutions in a collaborative environment to the employers and clients within their network. 

Shield often get tasked with pulling full consortium's, from Design, Consultancy and Contracting, to deliver Projects ranging from Infrastructure and Facilities to Palaces and Airports, and everything in between, across the UAE and KSA from Palaces to Airports, Infrastructure to Fit Out
