Brendon Kenny is Chief Innovation Officer at Ellanstone, where he leads
projects that connect hospitality, sustainability, and innovation. With a
background in business development and place-based transformation, he
helps design and deliver new concepts that enhance guest experience,
community value, and environmental impact.

Daniel Leigh is a hospitality professional with over 10 years’ experience in the UK hotel industry. At Kingfisher Hospitality Group, he drives growth and partnerships across a portfolio of Marriott-branded hotels, with a focus on the sport and leisure markets.

He previously held roles with Marriott and The Q Hotels Collection, building strong expertise in sales, account management, and commercial strategy.

With over 20 years of experience in sales and business development across diverse industries including, banking, hospitality and real estate, I’m passionate about driving growth, building meaningful partnerships, and delivering results that make a real impact. Today, I’m proud to be part of the exciting growth journey at Staycity Group. 

Sharon quite literally grew up in hospitality. Her parents ran a small
event management business, and from an early age she could be found
serving drinks to corporate and social clients alike. Although she briefly
ventured into the world of banking, it didn’t take long for Sharon to
return to her true passion — hospitality — and she hasn’t looked back
since.
