Marian Cotter is an experienced hospitality practitioner with over 30 years’ experience within the hospitality industry.

Brian is currently Head of Business Development for UK for Galvia AI - an AI-powered decision intelligence platform for retail, hospitality and manufacturing sectors.

Sharon quite literally grew up in hospitality. Her parents ran a small
event management business, and from an early age she could be found
serving drinks to corporate and social clients alike. Although she briefly
ventured into the world of banking, it didn’t take long for Sharon to
return to her true passion — hospitality — and she hasn’t looked back
since.

Nicola tarted in catering and hospitality at 15 as a glass washer and kitchen
porter and worked way up to barmaid and commis chef.
Moving to London at 17 she got her City & Guilds in professional cookery in
1990, progressing as a barmaid and chef across the board bars, restaurants,
contract catering and then onto running two very successful pubs. 

Brendon Kenny is Chief Innovation Officer at Ellanstone, where he leads
projects that connect hospitality, sustainability, and innovation. With a
background in business development and place-based transformation, he
helps design and deliver new concepts that enhance guest experience,
community value, and environmental impact.
