Leonie Breen is the Director and CEO of NON-DRILL, a non-invasive handrail/edge-protection system, used extensively on civil construction sites in Australia and now moving across the globe. 

Originally from Ireland and now based in Australia, she brings an international perspective shaped by both global corporate experience and hands-on business growth. 

Leonie holds a First Class Honours degree in Pharmaceutical Technology and began her career with Abbott and Pfizer, developing a foundation in quality assurance, compliance, and working within highly regulated environments. She has since applied that discipline in the construction sector, where she has played a central role in building NON-DRILL in Australia and leading its expansion into global markets. 

As Director and CEO of NONDRILL, Leonie is responsible for translating innovation into scalable commercial outcomes. Her experience within the business spans administration, finance, operations, and governance—reflecting the realities of growing a business from the ground up. She works closely with industry partners and distributors to strengthen market presence, build national customer relationships, and support the adoption of safer, non-invasive construction solutions. 

She is married with two children and brings a grounded, commercially focused perspective, with a strong emphasis on execution, accountability, and sustainable growth. 

Paul Breen, originally from Kilkenny, Ireland, has spent more than 30 years working in the Australian construction industry. He is the founder of a patented connection system that attaches directly to lifting anchors in pre-cast concrete structures: NON-DRILL. The system enables the safe
installation of Temporary and Permanent handrails, also securing props, and other critical site safety applications— all, without drilling.

NON-DRILL eliminates silica dust exposure, structural damage and remediation costs; and it significantly improves installation speed. Its adoption has influenced design practices, with engineers increasingly incorporating lifting anchors to deliver safer and faster construction, increase structure lifespan and productivity. Paul is also the founder of Productivity Bootcamp, a six-week outdoor training program that replicates a
real construction site, exposing participants to many industries, designed to rapidly develop practical skills to work independently and make informed decisions about their career path. However, the main focus is developing mindset, discipline, and work ethic. Paul believes mindset is
the foundation of success, reflected in his philosophy: “Units of competency and tickets are of no use, without the correct
mindset”

In addition, Paul is Director of 60 Seconds, a
communication skills coaching app, used by major companies globally to help individuals communicate clearly through practice and remote coaching input.
