To say that his meteoric rise to the top as Chairman of both Vision Modular Systems UK Limited and Tide Construction Limited borders on the incredible, is not overstating the situation. He has built three hotels in the past 8 years – The Four Seasons, Premier Inn and Novotel, providing 600 bedrooms in total. Vision/Tide have also constructed student accommodation totalling 4,800 beds and 2,000 apartments providing 3,300 beds. To put it another way, since John Fleming set up business in the UK 8 years ago, he has created in all his projects, 8,700 beds – enough to sleep the population of both Bandon and Clonakilty towns.
