Rap Interiors Creates Stunning Gym for Global Franchise
F45 Training is a global fitness franchise specialising in innovative, high intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results driven. F45 has a number of gyms in a number of prime London locations, including London Bridge, Paddington and Oxford Circus.
After successfully leasing an area in the Moberly Sports Centre, Kensal Green, F45 reached out to Rap Interiors to create a practical and vibrant new workout area. As a franchise, F45 needed the space to reflect its brand perfectly, with design elements that were consistent with the company’s other gyms.
The works took place in the following areas of the gym:
• Central workout area – For the workout space, Rap Interiors followed the brand pack closely and introduced a number of key elements to give it the unique F45 look. This included an “F45 Training” wall feature, a USA-inspired colour scheme, and motivational quotes reading “team training – life changing”. We also installed bespoke pull up bars, a sled track, monitors and durable gym matting.
• Changing rooms and WC – Rap made a number of upgrades to the washroom and changing areas, such as building a new wall for greater privacy, integrating power points for hairdryers and straighteners, and introducing new sanitary ware.
• Storage area – In addition to the branding and changing areas, Rap Interiors was responsible for creating a new storage area with a low-level cabinet, a water fountain to refill bottles and large towel stand.
With the help of Rap Interiors’ design and project team, F45 has now opened another stunning new gym in a prime London location. With the newly installed branding elements, gym equipment, changing areas and more, the global franchise has everything in place to welcome local visitors and build on its success in the capital.
