Are you having trouble sleeping?

How do you want to feel when you wake up in the morning?
Wide awake and full of beans feeling you can take the day on full pelt?
Or do you want to turn over, pull the duvet over your head and get some more sleep?

The pandemic has certainly thrown us a curveball in terms of creating havoc with our sleep.
Maybe you didn’t have a problem pre-pandemic and now you do. Or you’ve just not slept well for years.

At Wake Up With Zest we want you to be able to wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start your day with a clear head and lots of energy, and that’s why we’ve created Zest Sleep School.

You may have read numerous books on sleep or Googled how to sleep better, but you know you really need a helping hand to get your sleep back on track.

The Zest Sleep School is like having a personal trainer for your sleep – you know what to do but you want help doing it.

Who’s it for?
For those of you:

  • Who want to get on top of your sleep problem and learn to sleep properly again.
  • Who need help, but want accountability and proper advice that is easy to understand and follow.
  • Or those who are simply curious and want to learn more about sleep in general.

Who isn't for?
If you suffer from sleep-related medical problems such as narcolepsy, sleep apnea, parasomnias, or sleep behaviour disorders. Some of the content may be useful in understanding how sleep works and how to stay healthy, but you should also be working with a medical professional.

Who will you be working with?
Rachel McGuinness, the founder of Wake Up With Zest, is a qualified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist for Insomnia. Through her own experience with bouts of insomnia, she cured herself by doing lots of research on sleep. She became so fascinated she decided to study insomnia in-depth with experts in the field so that she could help people like you get your sleep back on track.

Rachel regularly gives talks and workshops on sleep and has worked with organisations such as British Airways, Activision Blizzard King and the Oxford University Hospital.

The programme is either 4 weeks or 12 weeks
Zest Sleep School starts on Friday 19 March - World Sleep Day!

We know from experience that it can take time to get your sleep back on track, it doesn’t always happen overnight! You may get it sussed it under 4 weeks or it may take longer which is why we’re also offering the 12 week programme with 121 sleep coaching sessions.

What are you going to learn?

  • How sleep works and why you need it
  • What disrupts sleep and how to get out of bad habits
  • How your sleep affects your health (and vice versa)

What’s the difference between the 4 week and the 12 week sleep school?
All the content will be delivered over 4 weeks with weekly live sleep clinics so that you can ask questions.

The 12 week programme includes 3 x 45 minute 121 sleep coaching sessions with Rachel over the 12 weeks.

What does the programme include?

  • 4 x live sleep clinics via Zoom on Wednesday lunchtimes: 12.30 – 13.15. These will be recorded if you can’t make them live and questions can be sent in beforehand to be answered live on the call.
  • A LinkedIn group for the Zest Sleep School Community to carry on the conversations and give you support in between the clinics.
