How do you want to feel when you wake up in the morning?
Wide awake and full of beans feeling you can take the day on full pelt?
Or do you want to turn over, pull the duvet over your head and get some more sleep?
The pandemic has certainly thrown us a curveball in terms of creating havoc with our sleep.
Maybe you didn’t have a problem pre-pandemic and now you do. Or you’ve just not slept well for years.
At Wake Up With Zest we want you to be able to wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start your day with a clear head and lots of energy, and that’s why we’ve created Zest Sleep School.
You may have read numerous books on sleep or Googled how to sleep better, but you know you really need a helping hand to get your sleep back on track.
The Zest Sleep School is like having a personal trainer for your sleep – you know what to do but you want help doing it.
