When I was in the Financial Services Sector in 2007, and discovered that stress is the major link to most major illnesses, relationship issues, lowered performance and poor outcomes, I started training in stress prevention using resilience techniques to boost mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
Today I work with individuals privately and/or with teams. In the training, people rediscover their hidden personal resources which enables them to return balance, control and a state of calm preparedness to deal with anything that life throws up.
