Jeffrey's Virtual Cocktail/Mocktail Making Class

We welcome you to attend our event virtually from the comfort of your own home. Whether you choose to participate on your own or with your partner/ family, it’s guaranteed to create memorable experiences this Christmas.

Our mixologist will welcome you to the event, providing a brief history and insight into mixers and showing you how to make the perfect blend, live during the event. By the end of the event, you will feel confident to educate family and friends on how to create the perfect Cocktail/Mocktail or G&T.

Don’t let Christmas be different this year, it’s a time for festivities, cheer and participation. Our ingredients will be sent to you ahead of the event, so prep your kitchens, utensils at the ready, it’s time to become a mixologist!

Winter Warmer: The flavours of cinnamon (from our Cassia), nutmeg, allspice and clove are a natural fit with the lovely marmalade

Mojito Twist: A twist on the classic Mojito, this can be made as a mocktail or cocktail.

Jeffrey's Bourbon Old-Fashioned: They say if you have to have one cocktail, make it a Bourbon Old-fashioned. Well, we reckon this one knocks the spots off pretty much anything else!

Why these cocktails? These cocktails are fun to make in a virtual environment and one of them is guaranteed to be your new favourite!

Ingredients

We will send the following:

1 x Jeffrey's giftbox containing 4 x 50ml bottles of tonic syrup

1x 25ml Bar measure

1x Stainless steel stirrer

1 x Pack of dried garnishes

1 x bottle of Lime juice

1 x bottles of apple juice

1 x Sparkling Water

However, you will need the following for the class:

• 1kg Ice cubes

• Maple Syrup/Runny honey

• White Sugar

• White Rum (Optional)

• Bourbon/Whiskey

Equipment

For this class you will ideally also need:

• 2 x tall glasses

• 1 x Tumbler glass

• Cup or mug for the hot G&T

• Boston Shaker (use a clean jar with lid if you don't have a shaker)

• Tea strainer

• Kettle for boiling water

• Cocktail muddler or wooden spoon/rolling pin
