Causeway: Ireland Scotland Business Exchange and the Scottish Government Office in Ireland invite you to join them for an online networking event and celebration as we approach the commemorations for Scotland’s ‘National Bard’, Robert Burns, who Scots around the world pay tribute to on 25 January each year.
Scotland and Ireland have a unique, long-standing relationship. Each year, many billions worth of trade is transacted bilaterally between Scotland and the island of Ireland, and there are many Scottish people living in Ireland providing skills and talents into Irish industry, and Irish doing the same throughout Scotland.
As a business networking organisation that has a primary focus to connect professionals from across Ireland and Scotland and to nurture the relationship and boost trade on both sides of the Irish Sea, this Causeway event - in partnership with the Scotland Government Office in Ireland - is an opportunity for the Scottish, Irish and Northern Irish members of the Causeway network and Scottish diaspora in Ireland to come together for some online networking to make new connections, to celebrate our shared culture and heritage, and perhaps explore future potential business collaborations and opportunities.
